Film School

Film School will be our weekly gathering on Sunday mornings where we seek spiritual formation into the image of Jesus through story and conversation. Using films, tv shows, and other forms of media we will dive into our world of pop culture and talk about what it means to be a follower of Jesus in our current context. We will learn to engage and interact with pop-culture and art and not just be "consumers" of it. Want to subvert the system? Want to profoundly discover Jesus in every part of our culture? Then come join us during our Sunday School hour in the youth room in St. Margaret's Hall.

Open to all 7th – 12th Graders

Xperience

Xperience is our night of youth worship. We gather to seek spiritual formation in the way of Jesus through music, common prayer, art, and food. A large part of our worship is gathering around the bible to discover its implication for our lives and how we live the mission of God together. If you are looking for an authentic adult faith, where everything is talk-about-able and no one is left out, then come join us! xperience love, xperience community, xperience the Kingdom of God.

Open to all 6th – 12th Graders
Sunday Nights: 5:00 – 7:00pm in the youth room in St. Margaret's Hall.

The Way of St. Margaret

Christian formation is a lot like an athlete in training, it takes lots of daily practice.  The Way of St. Margaret’s will be our mid-week, small group, where we practice intentional community, spiritual disciplines and making vows.  We will learn about and try out a variety of historical and modern Christian practices, (like fasting, icon prayer, singing, chanting, praying the hours, rosaries and centering prayer) as well as learning the stories of our faith’s mystics, martyrs, saints, and heroes.  Tired of just talking about Christianity?  Then come and see!
Note: This group will serve as our confirmation class, however, it is not limited to youth that are unconfirmed; only members of this group will be eligible for youth confirmation.
